A1: Yes,we welcome your OEM&ODM order.
Q2: What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A2: For our mould-tool-ready models,the MOQ is 200 pcs, Can mix color, For your OEM&ODM models,MOQ is 500-1000pcs.(all based on what kinds of watch are you interested )
Q3: Could I mix color for my order?
A3: Yes,we provide assorted colors for our clients' choice.
Q4: When is the delivery time?
A4: According to your order quantity,the delivery time will be different.Generally 20 days to 60 days but all based on what materials what do you need.We will be very surportive in delivery if client has unchangeable promotion plan.
Q5: Could I have a sample to check the quality ?
A5: Yes,for ready in stock models,we could send out samples immediately,for out of stock models,we provide sampling service according to your requirement.
Q6: What is the Warranty for the movement?
A6: For the movement, we use japan original or swiss original movement,we have 2 years warranty. For battery, we use japan original or swiss original battery, If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q7: What is the Warranty for the plating color?
A7: For the PVD plating, if your price based on PVD plating, we have 2 years warranty, if any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
For normal plating, or water plating, we have 6 months warranty, if any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q8: What is our free service?
A8: we offer free dial design, case back design, gift box design.
Q9: Can you protect my design?
A9: Of course, we will not put your design and product images on our website and will never show it to our other clients.
Q10:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A10: For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door
