This Heat Setting Machine is used for processing of tubular chemical knitted fabric, The machine makes synthetic and mixed fabric to obtain stable size with stainless steel roller.
The fabric is heated in the heating chamber and get cool process when getting out of machine.
We can offer the following two machines according to the width of the heating chamber : DGDX2400,DGDX3800.
DGDX2400 type machine has two work modes: double pass and single pass.When processing a narrow fabric. the double pass model is adopted; When processing the wider fabric, the single pass machine is adopted.
DGDX3800 machine adopt dual driving control mode and working mode can be designed by your requirement.

* The machine also can be designed in different heat sources as your request.
* The machine can not be used to process cotton fabric.
Main Features
Tubular Heat Setting Machine is used for all kinds of synthetic fabrics and blends materials of Cotton, Lycra, Polyester, Nylon or other Blends etc, applying with Hot Air Circulating System for heat setting purpose.
The Tubular Heat Setting machine is equipped with specially designed adjustable Stainless Steel Frames, multi-tubes(1/2/3) is available with high efficiency. The heating source could be Thermal Oil, Gas(with burner). The maximum temperature can be achieved up to 220℃.
The advanced Nozzle Distribution System, Hot Air Circulating System, Colling System and Exit System, make Tubular Heat Setting machine much more popular around the world’s dyeing & finishing factories.
The machine is equipped with a Control Panel with VFD, Temperature Controller and other accessories, which make machine with automatic and easy operation for workers.
