The equipment consists of six parts: the moving mechanism, the switching arm 

structure of the sucker, the transmission structure of the sheet, the mechanical 

switching lifting mechanism, the vacuum system and the wireless remote control 

electrical control system. The glass sheet is automatically turned from the vertical 

direction to the horizontal position and transmitted to the required worktable according 

to the signal.
The whole machine adopts full automatic centralized control and humanized design 

and control. The original glass to be cut is placed on one or both sides of the equipment. 

The direction/number of glass sheets is selected by the operator 

(Note: the position/number of sheets/automatic switching has reached continuous 

operation), and the whole process of film-taking is automatically completed by PLC 

control. Manual mode can also be selected for glass slicing/placing. 

The whole set of motion is automatically completed from the flip of the film taking 

to the completion of the film feeding. The whole machine is reasonable in design, 

simple in operation, sensitive and reliable in action. Hydraulic system is used to 

complete the overturn of the sucker arm. Reliable vacuum system sucker has the 

function of slow positioning and high speed feeding, accurate positioning and fast 

feeding. It can be used with a variety of foreign automatic cutting machines, laminated 

glass production line, glazed glass production line, etc. instead of manual flipping, to 

improve efficiency, safety and reliability. This series of products are divided into 

single-side single-station, double-side single-station, single-side multi-station and 

double-side multistation models. The thickness of the suction piece ranges from 3 mm

The whole control process of the product: computer control, after issuing 

instructions, the upper tablet automatically starts the action of taking the 

tablet. After adsorbing to the table, it is positioned by the photosensitive 

switch and transmitted directly to the cutting table. After laser positioning, 

the cutting table is cut.
