1. Brief introduction of steel structure assembly building

The double foam free concrete cast-in-place wall is a new foam concrete wall casting technology based on the original wall casting. We call it the third generation wall casting process. This process has formed a relatively perfect system from the performance of foam agent to the foam concrete and the production process, as well as casting equipment and technology. With the building requirements, the technical performance of the steel structure and keel poured into

the wall is designed to improve the construction efficiency of the wall pouring, reduce the manufacturing cost of the wall and ensure the construction quality. The construction method not only becomes the construction technology without removing the formwork, but also eliminates the support and clamping measures for the formwork. Here we call the construction technology of the free supporting formwork and the free demolished formwork as the double foam free concrete wall casting process.

2.Main characteristics

1). Light weight, high strength

The density grade is generally 300-1200 kg/m3, and the density of commonly used foam concrete is 300-1200 kg/m3. Due to the low density of foam concrete, the use of this material in the internal and external walls, floors, floors and other building structures of buildings can generally reduce the building's own weight by about 25%, and some can reach 30% of the total weight of the structure. 40%. Therefore, the use of foamed concrete as the wall material can greatly reduce the building's own weight, increase the floor height, and reduce the basic cost by about 10%.

2). Keep warm and heat protection

Because foam concrete contains a large number of closed small pores, it has good thermal performance, namely good thermal insulation performance, which is not available in ordinary concrete. Usually, foam concrete with a density of 300-1200 kg/m3 is used to reduce the thickness of the wall and save about 10% of the area: its heat insulation effect is better than that of the ordinary concrete with high thermal conductivity between 0.08-0.17w/ (M. K). The heat preservation effect of the foam concrete outer wall with 20cm thickness is equivalent to that of the 69cm clay brick external wall, and the thermal resistance is about 10-20 times that of the ordinary concrete. Foamed concrete is used as building wall and roofing material, which has good energy saving effect.

3). Sound proof and fire proof

Foamed concrete is a porous material, so it is also a good sound-insulating material, which can be used as a sound-insulating layer on the floor of a building and the sound-insulating board of a highway, the top floor of an underground building, and the like. Foamed concrete is an inorganic material that does not burn and has good fire resistance. It can be used on buildings to improve the fire performance of buildings.

8). Good environmental performance

The raw materials required for foam concrete are cement and foaming agent. The foaming agent is mostly close to neutral, and does not contain harmful substances such as benzene and formaldehyde, thus avoiding environmental pollution and fire hazards.

9). Convenient construction

Simply use the cement foaming machine to realize automatic operation, foaming, mixing and conveying integration, vertical conveying of 120 meters, horizontal conveying of 800 meters, general building only one or two working points can complete the pouring of the whole building The project has a pouring capacity of 25 cubic meters per hour, which makes the wall pouring work amazing. Take the wall thickness of 120mm as an example, which is equivalent to completing the wall casting of 200 square meters per hour. According to the 10 hours per day, it can complete nearly 2000 square meters per day. The wall of the meter is poured.

10). Non-removal formwork

Removal-free formwork technology eliminates the tedious process of supporting formwork removal and improves the surface smoothness of the wall. After pouring, the keel of the wall and the wall board are connected by the poured foamed concrete. The overall effect and the surface quality of the wall are excellent. The wall plastering process is avoided, and the wall surface decoration treatment such as large white and tiles can be scraped directly. It saves labor costs and greatly improves work efficiency.
