1. Brief introduction of steel structure assembly building
The double foam free concrete cast-in-place wall is a new foam concrete wall casting technology based on the original wall casting. We call it the third generation wall casting process. The construction method not only becomes the construction technology without removing the formwork, but also eliminates the support and clamping measures for the formwork. 2.Main characteristics
1). Light weight, high strength
The density grade is generally 300-1200 kg/m3, and the density of commonly used foam concrete is 300-1200 kg/m3. Usually, foam concrete with a density of 300-1200 kg/m3 is used to reduce the thickness of the wall and save about 10% of the area: its heat insulation effect is better than that of the ordinary concrete with high thermal conductivity between 0.08-0.17w/ (M. The heat preservation effect of the foam concrete outer wall with 20cm thickness is equivalent to that of the 69cm clay brick external wall, and the thermal resistance is about 10-20 times that of the ordinary concrete. 3). Sound proof and fire proof

The raw materials required for foam concrete are cement and foaming agent. The foaming agent is mostly close to neutral, and does not contain harmful substances such as benzene and formaldehyde, thus avoiding environmental pollution and fire hazards.
9). Convenient construction
Simply use the cement foaming machine to realize automatic operation, foaming, mixing and conveying integration, vertical conveying of 120 meters, horizontal conveying of 800 meters, general building only one or two working points can complete the pouring of the whole building The project has a pouring capacity of 25 cubic meters per hour, which makes the wall pouring work amazing. Take the wall thickness of 120mm as an example, which is equivalent to completing the wall casting of 200 square meters per hour. According to the 10 hours per day, it can complete nearly 2000 square meters per day. The wall of the meter is poured.
10). Non-removal formwork
Removal-free formwork technology eliminates the tedious process of supporting formwork removal and improves the surface smoothness of the wall.
