Q3: Where can the semi-rigid flexible aluminum duct used for?

Q4: Would this be suitable for a short duct run off a trunk line at least 20' from the furnace?

A: Absolutely not. You must use designated products for furnace venting.

 

Q5 Need something resistance to 400 farenheit?

A: Not sure this is your best choice. It may hold up to the high temperature, but there is no outer shell/insulator. Anything around the duct will burn at this temp.
