This machine is applied to filling any viscosity liquid or ointment into various containers.
This machine is widely used in pharmacy, foodstuff, chemical, cosmetic industries and
other special industry.
1. This machine is controlled by compressed air, so it is suitable in anti-explosion or
moist environment.
2. Because of the pneumatic controls and mechanical positioning, this machine has a
high filling accuracy, achieve 0.5%
3. The filling volume and speed are adjusted using screws and the counter, which
provides ease of adjustment and allows the operator to read the real-time filling volume on the counter.
4. The filling nozzle adopts anti-leakage, no pollution, save time and materials.
5. The size of piston and cylinder block are all-purpose, have no use for alone scheme.
6. Easily operation, have no use for any tool, equipment malfunction is few, convenient maintenance, load and unload and cleaning.
7. When you need to stop the machine in an emergency, push the URGENT button. The
piston will go back to its initial location and the filling will be stopped immediately.
8. All the components that come in contact with product are made of 316L stainless steel
imported, processed by CNC machines, and the surface roughness of which are
ensured to be lower than 0.8, no pollution, easily cleaning, meet the GMP standard.
9. The pneumatic components are from Taiwan AIRTAC and Germany FEST. The
piston is made of Teflon.
10. Based on requirement, two filling modes for you to choose “manual’’ and ‘’automatic’’.
11. This machine can be appended other special device according to the Client’s request.
Such as: pinhead filling Nozzles, feed hopper, ball valve system, lifting device etc.
A. Pinhead filling Nozzles: It is applied to filling small calibre bottle or hose.
calibre size and length can be customized according to the size of container.
B. Ball valve system: It is applied to different viscosity raw material and the materials
of with granule. And it can solve various pressure problem of
high position and high pressure supply raw material.
Lifting device: It can avoid come into being air bubble when filling raw material.
