Q1. Can you provide a sample for free or not?
A. If we have samples in stock,we can provide sample free .But if not stock or customized sample, we will require the sample cost and reture it when placing mass orders.
Q2. What precision you can achieve for furniture?
A. 100% of our goods are exported to European ,Dubai ,Australia and America .And most of them are for 5 or 6 star hotel furniture project .So our products quality control has been very strict and high . They can achieve +/- 0.5MM tolerance and make sure our products can be assembled free.
Q 3. Stock orders can be accepted or not ?
A. If there is some big customers and they want some stock in China and send the stock items to their custom when in urgent need ,it can be discussed after we are familiar with each other and have a stable relationship on the trust basis.
Q 4. What kind of shipping service you usually do?
A. We usually do FOB or DDU service to our customer according to their request.
