1. Lairage (Holding Pen) 

The lairage facility should consider many aspects such as local environment, slaughter capacity, wise cattle grouping, animal welfare, pig transport time reasonable raceway from lairage to slaughter workshop.

2. Killing

3. Bleeding 

After quick sticking, the cattle should fully bleed for good meat quality. The blood can be either collected for sales or disposed according to market demand and customer requirement. We provides two options for bleeding: 

•   Automatic bleeding rail line 


•   Manual bleeding rail line

4. Dress/Carcass processing

Cattle dressing mainly has several processes: 

• Dehiding 


• Opening brisket 


• Taking out offals 


• Splitting


• Trimming


• Quartering

5. Inspection

We have two systems that can achieve synchronous inspection of carcass, head, white offals and red offals:

6. Chilling

Chilling is necessary to produce high quality beef. It consists of rail system, refriferation unit and sandwitch insulation panels.

7. Debone and Meat Cutting

We can also provide deboning and cutting facilities.  The client can choose high automation and lower automation according to the slaughter capacity and actual need.

8. Storage
