1. Q :  Can we get samples of the led tube first?

       A : Yes, Sure. Free samples are available, while you need to pay the freight. we will 

          refund the fees after you placing an order.

 

2. Q : We want our design packages, can you do it as required ? 

    A :  Yes, we can do the package as your design, but it needs you give some 

           necessary information( material, size, LOGO document, etc ),and maybe extra cost                    

           needs when your order is small.

 

3. Q : How do you deal with the broken led tubes within the warranty time ?

       A :  If it is small quantity,we will supplement them in your next order.

          If it is bulk,show us the evidance,we will produce your order again,and deliver the goods            

          as soon as possible.Of course,we will afford all the cost.
