Product Description

    Our rod making machine is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel with such wood material as bits of wood, rice shells, peanuts shells, sawdust, branches, corncob, coconut shell,coffee shells and crop straws. 

   Using the intrinsic attributes of the wood material, by spiral extruding under hign temperature and pressure, wood element in wood material becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combine, and at last stick solid plank suel is formed.

 

 

 

 

     Propeller is one of most important parts of rod making machine.And its angle is the key point of machine.

    Quality warranty is 1 year except wearing parts. Any brokeen which are caused quality will be responsible  for manufacturer. Other problems are caused by operation mistakes, or man-made problems will be responsible by customer

5. How to install the equipment ?

    We will provide English version of the installation manual, the customer can install and commission the machine according to the manual. If the machine is complex, our technician' s with passports ready to go for installation. When installation service is needed, the customer should pay for the techicians' round way air tickets,salary( need to be confirmed before leaving ), food, and lodging.

6. How to choose shipping company and routes?
