Q: Should I pay any sample charge?

A: A4 size sample or small roll is free, but big roll needs to charge the basic cost of material and freight.

Q: Can I specify the roll width?

A: Our standard roll width are 787mm,889mm,1092mm,1194mm(31inch,35inch,43inch,47inch), you can also custom roll width between 29inch~86inch.

Q: How much does it cost if I want to have the kraft paper cut off ?

A: If you buy the craft paper from our company, you don't need to pay any extra cost.

Q: What's the payment term?

A: We accept 30%TT deposit before production, 70% balance paid before shipment.                                Q: How many kraft paper can a 20" OR 40" container hold?

A: Usually, it's about 15-17Tons for 20'feet container, and approx. 22-25Tons for 40'feet container
