Kaibo Automation Infusion Set Making Machinery are designed for all types of infusion sets from simple 4 parts to complex systems with 15 or more parts. A large number of functional modules allows a fully automatic assembly of different infusion sets with high production of up to 6000 sets/hour.
The concepts of equipment structure are based on a rotary table for lower and medium outputs, or a linear transport system for higher outputs, with mechanical guides based on pneumatic technology.
The assembly line including assembling modules of Upper Air Vent Tube, Air Filter, Plastic Puncture, Puncture Jacket, Drip Chamber, Connector, Infusion Tube, Flow Regulator and it's Wheel, Drug Filter, etc.
Once the whole set infusion sets finished, it's transported to Sterile and Package area, for individual packing and last carton packing.
During whole process, can add inspection module, like CCD Screen inspection, Air inspection or Press inspection as per request, to make sure a high quality output.
