Q1.What’s your sample lead time? 7-10 days after we receive sample fee. Q2.What’s your delivery time? 35-45 days after sample confirmation and 40%deposit received or L/C at sight. Q3.Do you offer OEM? Yes, we can offer,more colors/sizes/designs are available. Q4.Do your toys have any certificate? Our toys can pass CE/EN71/ASTM/ISO9001. Q5.What’s your MOQ? According to our negotiation. Q6.Why do you charge samples fee? We need to order the material for your customized designs, pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers' salary.
