Q1: What is the Minimum Order Quantity?

A: Generally, the MOQ for each model is 100 pcs/size, the total order should be at least 1*20 feet container. Anyway,you can check with us, maybe we can get the orders together in production, in this case, the lead time will be longer than usual. 

Q2: What is the Payment way for our order?

A: We usually accept T/T and L/C Payment term.

Q3: What is your best selling products?

A: We have much experience in manufacturing wood pet products such as kennels, hutchs, chicken coops and bird houses and fabric pet carrier.

Q4: What is the packing style? How do you print the shipping mark? Can we add a poster on the carton?

A: Regarding the packing, we quote our products with Brown or White carton, and the products are knock-down packed with metalware bag and Assembly Instruction in the carton.

Regarding the shipping mark, we will make a draft for customer confirm before mass production, so you totally don't worryabout the marks on the carton is not you want!

Regarding the poster, we need to charge an extra fee. Pls discuss about it. If it's not too big, we can make it for free.
