Features:

1. High quality steel welded body, all processed by tempering and shot  blasting. with good rigidity and stable precision;

2. Longitudinally set bent axle, with compact structure, and the bent axle is processed by rolling, with good smoothness and flexible rotation; rectangle six-face lengthened guide rail, the guide surface is bronze panel and with high guiding precision;

3. Air operated double balance cylinder, the balance sliding  block and upper die weight can reduce the impact and noise, eliminate the gap between the connecting rod and the sliding block, reduce the impact and abrasion  of loaded parts abd enhance the molding precision of the parts;

4. The whole machine has adopted imported PLC centralized control, and imported safety double valve control is applied to the gas circuit, to realize inch, single and continuous punching;

5. The key components and parts, such as sliding block, guide rail, working table, connecting rod, and flywheel, etc. are cast by  resin-bonded sand by  which the surface roughness can be improved by 1 to 2 levels and dimensional precision can be improved by 2 to 3 levels compared with common clay sand cast

6. Electrical control is applied to die-filling height for JH21 products of 60 tons or above; high-quality configuration. and all the key components and parts such as pneumatic components, electrical apparatus elements, sealing elements, and button are imported.

Wet clutch.

World produce the wet clutch. We use the best seals, bearing and friction discs. The wet clutch features stable operation, lower noise , longer service, high safety and reliability;

Hydraulic overload protected pump.

Hydraulic overload protected pump is used to protect the press and the die if the machine is overloaded. You can reset the overload with the switch on the touch screen easily.

Digital die height indicator.

Plc control.

The press adopts Panasonic or Omron PLC with high stability and longer service life
