Fastener Bolt Nut Nail Packing Machine with Plastic Bags

 

I Project

1- Suitable product: Nails, length 30-70mm, diameter is 2.3-4.5mm

Packing type: plastic bag packing, weight is 5kg/package

Packing size: 300mm x 400mm

2- The packing machine has device for complex film or PE film to choose (alternative)

The packing size of this machine is max. 300 x 400mm, mostly it can be loaded 5kg, but real weight is depended on product’s size. Below pictures is for 5kg package with 250 x 300mm size and 50mm length nails.

3- Weighing error: It’s about 10pcs for 38-50mm length

4- The Output is about 5-6 packages/min for 5kg package.

5- Lifting part adopt magnetic lifter, so this machine is only suitable for iron nails.

 

 

II Feature

Loading nails into vibrating hopper by bucket hoister, and loading nails into weighting system by magnetic hoister to be 90-95%, and arrive 100% via weight sensor.

III Description

3.1- Packing device (Air compressor should be pre-pared by buyer)

3.1.1- This packing device is used for titling feeding, in order to reduce impacting. The function has automatic alignment, automatic counting, bag making, filling, sealing, printing production date (optional) and so on.

The material which contact nails is 304 stainless steels.

 

3.1.2- PLC control system and touch screen.

Function: Start/stop, emergency stop, temperature control, parameter setting, quantity adjustment, etc. Adopt Delta PLC control system.

 

3.1.3- Packing made device

The material is 304 stainless steels, and one packing made device just can be suitable for one width of package

 

3.1.4- Lengthways & horizontal sealing

 

3.2- Weighing counting device

Adopt magnetic or belt type for lifting nails. And the conveyer is PVC, and the weighing system is used pressure sensor with imported brand, which promise high accuracy and good stabilization.

 

3.3- Supplementary vibrating system

Supplement remainder by vibrating disc, the track width can be adjusted

 

3.4- Chain bucket conveyer line
This line is used for conveying nails with weighing or counting, and deliver into packing device for packing.

 

3.5- Finished package conveyer line

The material for conveyer belt is PVC

 

3.6- Intelligent code printer

It’s intermittent mode, intelligent thermal transfer coding, used in conjunction with the packaging machine. The coding is stable and fast, the printing effect is good, the 300DPI is perfect, and the coding effect is clear and firm.

Strong compatibility, support a variety of Chinese and English fonts, various format dates, various variables, automatically generate serial numbers, can be used to code one-dimensional code, two-dimensional code, image, table.

Support USB, RS232 communication interface.
