1.Are you factory or trading company ?

A:Of course we are factory ,our factory located in jiangyin city jiangsu China .

2.What’s your policy for samples?

A:For small sample, we can offer for free.For completely doors ,we have to charge some cost on actual situation.But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place order next time.

3.What’s your trade terms and payment term?

A:Our trade term is EXW,FOB,CFR and CIF.Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T before mass production, the balance paid before shipping.

4.Can you make the door according to our drawing?

A:Yes, we can.But customer should send us drawing to check first, then we talk in details.If we can’t make it ,we will inform customer.

5.How about your warranty?

A:Warranty is two- five years.

6.Where is your factory? How can I visit it?

A:Our factory is in jiangyin city, jiangsu Province.The nearest airport is shanghai International Airport. About two hour’s driving. Warmly welcome to visit us!

7.What’s your delivery port and delivery time?

A:Our delivery port is  Shanghai port in China .Delivery time is 10-20 days after 30% deposit received
