      --Yes, we provide sample for approval before bulk production, the customized sample are not free.

6. How much about the sample cost? Can be refundable if ordered?

      --The sample charger is about US$100 depends on design and fabric, it can be refunded once your order quantity is over 1000pcs.

7. How many days do you take for a custom sample?

      --5 to 7 working days depends on the design.

8. What's your lead production time of order?

      --10 to 30 days according to your design and quantity.

9.  Can you offer label service?

      --Yes, with your design and details, we will make the label and sew for you.

10. How to get quotation soonest?

      --You need to provide fabric information, size, quantity, design arwork or logo, printing method, and delivery requirement, it will help to quote you best price as quick as possible.

11. Can you offer free shipping?

      --No. But we will choose the cheapest shipping way for you except you have special requirements.

12. What is your payment terms?

      --For small quantity we only accept 100% T/T, for big quantity, 30% advance for reservation, 70% balance before shipping.
