Working principle:
Material pressing machine press silicone sealant material to the filling machine
The tube is pushing to the filling nozzle, filling from buttom of tube, after filling material blow for cut material.
Adpots turn valves, speed at 30-35 piece per min. Re-design filling parts.

1. Specially design turn valve ,cam control vertical up filling system ,for silicone sealant this type high viscosity material.
2. For silicone sealant gel this type glue, design Broken wire function in filling nozzle , avoid material Leakage or residue on the filling nozzle effect the sealing.
3. Silicone sealant is a specially material can't connect with air, so we add blow nitrogen device and spray silicone oil device in the filling nozzle part , avoid material connect with air when filling and sealing.
4. Silicone sealant have high vicosity , can't flow. so when transfer it into filling machine's filling system,must need match hydraulic press drum ,then use bear High pressure pipeline connect with filling machine's filling system ,to loading material into filling machine.
