Q1: How to maitain virgin hair?

A:Wash the hair 2-3 times a week.

Deep condition the hair at leastonce a week.

Use large wide toothed comb or your fingers when comb the hair.

Use hair gel, mousse, or oil sheen to maintain curly hair.

Comb bottom of hair first and work your way up to the root.

Do not expose the hair to sunlight for a long time.

Do not mix with other hair when you use, or it may be tangled.

Do not go to bed with wet hair, dry it first to prevent tangling.

Q2. What type of hair care products should I use?

A : Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.

1, Use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It's important to keep the hair soft and shiny.

2, You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.

3, Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

Q3. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A: Things that can cause your hair extensions to get tangled:

- It could be caused by dry hair. Pls make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better.

- Unporper shampoo products, please use mild shampoo.

- Salt-water.

- Unproper dye, some dying products will damage the hair and make the hair very dry. Our hair can be dyed, but pls choose the right products.

Q4: Can they be straightened,curled?

A: Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the hair. However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

Q5: Can I dye and bleached the hair?

A: Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for the original colour to fade. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the hair. Colouring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, please always use a good quality products and test a small sample first.

Q6: Can I bathe, shower, swim, go out in the wind and rain, and play sports with my new extensions?

A: Your new hair will look as fabulous wet as real hair does, and the extension will not show in water. You can wash and style your extensions exactly as you would your own hair (do be a little gentler). Extensive water exposure will loosen bonding though-so dry carefully after. If you swim a lot, I recommend you wear a swim cap.
