1.Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer? 

A: we are a manufacturer and we have 3 production bases and 3 R&D bases which are located in South China, Central China as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan respectively.

2. Q: What should I provide to get quotation at first? 

 A: Sketch or detailed drawings would be better. If they are not available, you can send small sample pieces to us. And then our engineer will make detailed drawings for you according to your requirements of material, surface treatment and specific size.

3. Q: Can I have a sample for testing? Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample but u need to pay sample fee and freight fee, but when the bulk order quantity reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee can be deducted from the payment for goods.

4. Q: How long does it take for samples and mass production?

Usually it will take 3 days for sample and 7 days for mass production if we have original products. And it will need 10 days for sample and 25 days for mass production if you they are new products. Negotiable for special cases.

5. Q: Do you have inspection procedures for profiles?

A:100% self-inspection before shipping.
