Specifications:

This production line is mainly used in honeycomb panel draping.

Using PUR hot melt adhesive, the whole line is equipped with depiler, dust removal, plate coating machine and bonding platform. After draping it will be pressed by 6 meter roller press online. This production speed is faster, can be avoided the long time pressing. Suitable for all kinds of simple flat door and plate furniture etc. it's a new technology improvement and energy saving of good choice.

 

Including:

1.Panel conveyor belt for panel feeding.

2.Dust cleaing for remove the dust from panel.

3.Oven for heating the panel before coating the glue.

4.Glue spreader(Dosing roller is steel roller,and silicon rubber roller for glue coating, both roller are oil heating inside)

5.Overlay up table for manually place the frame and honey-comb on the panel with glue. And secoundly place the top panel with glue on the frame.

6.Roller pressing machine(6 meter long,with belt conveyor system which can be suitable for different size of panel.

7.Out feeding conveyor.
