Characteristics
FN301 is a yeast derivative nutrient which is produced using a special autolyzing process that contains amino acids, peptides, proteins, polysaccharides, nucleotides, yeast cell walls, vitamins and minerals. FN301 provide nutrition (growth factors and survival factors) for yeast growth, improve wine fermentation kinetics.
Exert a protective effect on desirable aromas of wine
Prevent the oxidation of phenolic compounds in wine
Limit the formation of browning pigments
Prolong the white and rose wines shelf life
Reduce the doses of sulfur dioxide (SO2)

Application
Dissolve FN502 G/GH in 10 times its weight of water or must, add directly to grape juice or must and pump-over.
Usage
15-30 g/hL (150-300 ppm).

Store in a cool, dry and odourless environment.
Shelf life at the recommended storage temperature is 24 months.
Opened package use rapidly.
