It most depends on the delivery method and destination. Estimated 3 to 5 working days that you can received your orders after shipped out via DHL, TNT, EMS, UPS.

Q3: If got broken powders in my products . What should I do?

Generally, broken rate from 1%-3% is normal ,if it is over than 3% ,please send pictures in time to contact me, we will compensate at your next order .

Q4, How to get sample?

All posted of products are available you can pick the sample in colors and quantity. We will ship to you within 3 days.

5.Do you test on animals or have any certification for products.
