Factory standard feature of each cover

1. Double stitches enforce the durability of seam joint

2. Transparent seaming taping on baking of cover 

3. Front and rear down hem will be with elastic band to hold cover in place

4. 2.5cm buckle with webbing locked to keep cover in place.

5. Grommet on each bottom side of cover for locks

6. Fabric carry-bag or PE-bag for packing

7. 2-layer with shipping mark packed by 6 cm transparent tape.

 

QA/QC Introduction

We are following ISO9001 management control system.
These system covers our full procedures from order enter to clients get goods and give comment. The records and work are done on below points,
1. Clear detail information mentioned on PO or PI when order finally confirmed.

2. Inner Production Order share to production dept, QC dept, and packing dept and material warehouse dept and so on.

3. Before material/fabric enter warehouse, QC checking work finish within 24 hours, and keep records including text, and sample or photo.

4. Before cutting and print starting, production manager should sign the work paper to authorize.
