* Drive system:
Spring Drive:
Constant force spring instead of spiral spring with SUS 304 stainless steel; main spring not Rolling spring;
Electric Drive:
In addition to the spring force, cables can be rolled up electrically by means of electric motor and gearbox.
* Contact System:
Axial Contact:
The axial contacts with up to three contact points, along the axis. Up to 3-pole.
Radial Contact:
The radial contacts up to five contact points. Up to 10-pole.It works as a rotating part.
Contact systems transmit the power from the stationary part of the winder (case) to the rotating part (drum with cable).
The protective earth contact is part of the contact system in applications without protective insulation (devices of protection class
* Release & Lock System:
1. Multi-function release :
The cable winding can be activated either by pressing a release button on the equipment or also by pulling at the power cord.
2. Button-press release / locking brake:
The cable is wound by pressing a release button on the equipment. The release button operates a locking release system, which has been mounted on the baseplate. It only needs to be pressed once and then released. This will cause the cable to be fully wound.
3. Catch brake system:
No release button is needed on the equipment. Cable locking and release are by pulling briefly at the power cord.
4. Button-press release / brake roller:
The cable is wound by pressing and holding down a release button on the equipment. The release button operates a brake roller system, which is attached to the baseplate. It must be permanently pressed and held down to rewind the cable. Releasing the button stops the cable in any position.
5. Permanent pull:
Means no locking system is present. The cable is constantly under tension (permanent tension) and rolls up as soon as it is released.
