Ink Cartridge Installation Operation Instruction:
1.Open the ink cartridge cabin, sure that the shelf is moved to the center position. If the
shelf don’t move to the center, turn off the printer and restart it.
2. Open the package, take out the ink cartridge.
3. Tear off the transparent protective film on the nozzle. Be careful don't tuch the copper
contacts and nozzle, and don’t stick the tape backe to the ink cartridge.

4. Install the ink cartridge separately into the corresponding cartridge compartment.
5. Install the ink cartridge in place.
6. After installing the cartridge, close the cartridge cabin.
7. Close the cover and press "OK" Button to complete the calibration and starts to working.

2. checking ink cartridge chip dirty
Step1: Take off the ink cartridge and re-install it. If issue still exist, go ahead.
Step2: Clean the ink cartridge chip (contactor points) with rubber or alcohol cotton swab. As shown in Picture 1-2.
Please clean it, then re-install, if not work, try clean again, and install again.
If necessary, clean also printer contactor points, as shown in Picture 3.
After 2 times, it still not work, please CONTACT US immedaitely for solution, We will serve you and solve your problem.
