How to get a quote?

Once the drawing is confirmed, we will make a quote with details for your reference.
Also you could choose frame color and motor side as spec.
Let us know pre wire or not and control modes.
If you want to know the delivery cost, please also give us the destination port or address with post code. Then we will quote together to help you check total budget.

How to get the package details to check the delivery cost ?

1) We will give you an estimated packing details with size & weight for your reference.
2) For small quantity, usually advise shipping by Express. We will list a cost including blind price and the shipping cost to help you check the total budget.
3) For large quantity, FCA/FOB/CIF could be done. Other delivery terms (sea to door service ) are also available. The blinds price together with the estimated shipping cost will be listed in the quotation for your reference. If you have your own shipping agent, please let us know, we will arrange accordingly.

How to make sure packing safe?

Most of products are by sea. So the package is very important.
1) Inner package with air bubble film.
2) Strong carton with angle corner protection.
3) Plastic film wrapped outside cartons to avoid damp & dust.
*Plywood case for big products (this is optional, if needed, please let us know in advance).

How to assemble & install as received ?

1) All goods have instruction and could be assembled step by step.
2) Also videos for how to mount are provided for guidance.
