1.For the container packing
Each WPC door is PE covered with extra PVC corner protected in the strong carton box.
Each WPC door leaf, WPC door frame and WPC door architrave is packed individually.
For flush simple design door, 20GP:180-200 sets loaded, 40GP:380-420 sets loaded, 40HQ:500-530 sets.

2.For the sample packing
Small sample: L*W*H 45*65*5.5cm, weight: 3kg.PE film covered with strong carton packaged.
Complete door with frame & architrave sample: 0.25 M3,weight:65kg. Two flat panel covered with two strong box packaged.

Small WPC door leaf
Size: about 30*50*4 cm
Advantage: customer can check the door structure, the color of the PVC film, the thickness of WPC door skin, and other features easily.
Price: sample is free, but customer have to pay the shipping cost.

Complete door with frame & architrave sample
Size: customized as client required
Advantage: customer can check the integral effect of the WPC door they required, the location of the lock hole, or the quality of the whole WPC door set.
Price: each complete sample will charge for 45$-60$, also the customer should pay the shipping cost. But the fees of the WPC door sample will return to the customers if they make the order to our factory.
