paraffin wax is an odorless solid under ambient temperature ,can be molten by heating .
Paraffin wax is separated from crude oil during the production of light (distillate) lubricating oils.
The main performance index is melting point, oil content and stability. The highest grade of refinement is the fully refined wax which contains less than 0.5% oil and have been hydrotreated or clay treated to remove impurities and color.
