TFQ2450, 3.5mm full quench flat glass tempering furnace, for producing flat tempered glass and thermal strengthened glass, which mainly used in the fields of architecture (doors, windows), shower room, household appliance, garden fence, elevator, furniture, and solar energy industries etc.

Main Features

* Multiple belt driving for ceramic rollers.
* Our heating elements adopt the gapless design heating (parallelogram shape), which could make the heating more even and improve
the finished product rate and better product quality.
* We use helical gear type reducer for driving, more reliable & stable running. Others use cheap cycloidal needle type reducer.
* use the same top quality insulating materials for whole heating oven (inner side and outer side), save energy consumption.
* Independent Nozzles for upper quench.
* More air inlets in quenching section, which guarantee more homogeneous air blowing.
