High ribbed FRPP plastic formwork

The plastic formwork is made from fiber glass reinforced PP alloy plastic. It is similar as aluminum formwork, but more simple and more easy to use than alum form.  In addition,   FRPP alloy plastic form is much cheaper than alum form. So our FRPP alloy plastic form is the best substitute of the expensive aluminum formwork. It weighs only about 15Kg per square meter, very lightweight for handling. This formwork system is much more simple, only two width panel can meet all actual demanding. The main form is 500mm width and filling form is 200mm and 100mm width, their depth is 58mm, their length is unlimited and can be customized to be same height as actual height of wall and column without any joints. The 500mm width form panel is designed multi-modular width, due to the special arrangement of the back ribs, the 500mm width form can be easily cut into many other smaller modular width such as 100/200/250/300/400mm width panel if necessary at construction job site.
