Product Application of Rebar Rolling Mill

Hot rolling is relative to cold rolling. Cold rolling is rolling below the recrystallization temperature. Hot rolling is rolling above the recrystallization temperature. To put it simply, a billet is heated and rolled several times, and then trimmed to form a steel plate. This is called hot rolling. It can significantly reduce energy consumption, reduce costs. High plasticity and low deformation resistance greatly reduce the energy consumption of metal deformation during hot rolling. Hot rolling can improve the processing performance of metal and alloy, that is, the coarse grain in casting state is broken, the crack is obviously healed, the casting defect is reduced or eliminated, the cast microstructure is changed into deformed microstructure, and the processing performance of alloy is improved.
