Q1:  What certificates do you have?

A1:  We have CE, COC,TUV,GS,ROHS certificates.

Q2:What is the MOQ policy?

A2: Sample order is possible. Customize color, print a logo on the item or customize the packaging, please contact our sales department

Q3: what is your payment term
A3: For sample order, 100% payment will be in advance before delivery.

 For more than 50pcs : 30~ 50% payment is made in advance and the balance shall be paid before delivery pay through Alibaba trader order in such ways as TT/credit cards, E-checking, Visa, Paylater.

With following advantages: First, it will be safe, because your payment is paid to third party (Ali) and until you receive the product we can get the payment; Second, quality guarantted,  after you receive the product, if you are not satisfy with our product or find the product is not in confirmity with the description described in the quotation or other quality problem, you may issue refund or other requirments to Ali. Third, you will be very clear of order state from order to the product reaching to you.
