Continuous carbonizer components:
The former consists of upper cracking chamber, middle semi-cracking semi-calcining chamber, lower calcining chamber and bottom burner, while the latter includes biomass gasifier, smoke and dust processor, combustible gas purifier, combustible gas condenser and induced draft fan. Continuous carbonization furnace is mainly aimed at sawdust treatment thoroughly and quickly, and the equipment has good charcoal-making effect.
Continuous carbonization machine is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving and environment-friendly carbon-making equipment, which is suitable for small powder carbonization such as sawdust, rice husk, etc. It is not easy to be used for larger carbonization materials. The working principle of continuous carbonizer:
1. When the carbonizer is just starting up (feeding first), it needs heat source to heat the carbonizer.
One is to use the hot air generated by the reverberatory furnace to carbonize combustion, so as to achieve the purpose of heating carbonization.
The other is to use gasifier device to ignite sawdust through gasifier and burn combustible gas produced by gasification to achieve the purpose of heating and carbonization (gasified sawdust is turned into carbonized carbon powder through the carbonized carbon powder output device, and the combustible gas is recovered through the wood tar recovery device).
2. When the carbonization temperature reaches a certain temperature, the combustible gases generated inside are separated by dust separator, and the combustible gases after dust separation are recovered by wood tar recovery device.
3. When the self-produced gas is heated by carbonization, the reflex furnace heating or gasifier gas-producing device stops working at this time, and the preliminary heating equipment is finished.
4. After carbonization for about 2-3 hours (different time and temperature), the carbon powder slowly flows into the carbonized carbon powder cooler and flows out from the cooler. The equipment can be continuously and uninterruptedly discharged in normal production.
5. Wood tar is an important chemical raw material. Wood tar contains more than 300 kinds of chemical elements. This equipment will discharge wood tar automatically.
