Desktop welding positioner
The welding positioners is composed of a rotary mechanism, a turnover mechanism, a frame, and an electronic control system. It can make the welding seam in a horizontal or ship-shaped position by turning or tilting the seam when it is working. The working rotation adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation, and the working closure drives the tilt through sector gear or hydraulic cylinder. The turning angle of the worktable is 0 ~120. It can realize the joint control with the operator or welding machine. The control system can be equipped with three types of configuration button digital control, switch digital control, and switch relay control. This product is widely used in the welding of rotating parts such as shafts, discs, cylinders, and so on. It is the most widely used structural form at present.
