The DN20-DN300 stainless steel electric actuator electric regulating valve regulating valve is a balanced electric control valve. By adopting a smart integrated electric actuator, it accepts analog 4-20 mA or 1-5 V•DC standard signal, which converts the current signal into a corresponding linear displacement, and then automatically controls the opening of the electric control valve, thereby it realizes continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level of fluid in the pipeline. The intelligent electric control valve has a compact structure, light weight, good stability and high protection level. Intelligent electric control valves are widely used in automatic control systems such as large thermal power plants, chemical plants, water treatment and sewage treatment, natural gas fields, and steel plants. As the world's leading manufacturer of actuators, this electric control valve has a worldwide reputation for its durable products. Directional forge remote water electrical flow pressure air control valve is combined with linear-turn electric actuator and regulating valve. The electric actuator outputs the axial thrust, which makes the valve core move accordingly, so as to adjust the process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level. The valve body has compact structure, small pressure drop loss, large flow, wide adjustable range, high accuracy of flow characteristic curve, and meets the IEC534-1-1976 standard.The valve core guide area is large, the shock resistance is good, the seat leakage is in accordance with ANSIB16.106 standard.

 

Electric high pressure regulating valve consists of the PSL series or the 3810L series of linear turn actuators and high pressure regulators. The control valve used for a serious problems which have short service life, easy to break the valve stem, and easy to fall off the bushing under severe conditions of high pressure or high pressure differential, severe cavitation and erosion. In order to avoid these problems, our company developes the electric high pressure cage regulating valve. Electric high pressure regulating valve  adopts the cage throttling form to share the pressure difference, which reduces the cavitation, erosion and sag damage, and greatly improves the service life of the regulating valve, especially in the urea system, which is 2-3 times longer than the normal high-pressure valve.

 

The high and medium pressure flange gate valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting the pipeline medium on the various system pipelines of petroleum, chemical, hydraulic and thermal power stations with nominal pressure PN16-16.0MPa and working temperature ≤-29°C~550°C. Applicable medium: water, oil, steam, and acid, alkali, ammonia, urea, sulfur-containing natural gas, etc. Modeling methods are: manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic and so on.

7. It is equipped with multi-turn electric device, which has small casing, light weight function. The well can be used with remote computer, and electric device can be selected according to user requirements.

Electric water seal gate valve opens and closes the valve by rising and falling the gate. Its gate perpendicular to the way of fluid, and the size of the channel can be changed by altering the relative position between gate and valve seat.
