How about OEM service ?

We offer OEM service, including : Custom logo printing on cartridges, vape pens, packagings . And free OEM is available as order quantity more than 500pcs/1000pcs/2000pcs, depending on the items.

About OEM process , firstly , customers need to provide us the logo information ( for example: logo text , logo picture or logo artwork), our graphic designers will make the template for confirmation, after confirmation , we'll start order production.

How about quality warranty ?

We ensure every product is inspected closely before shipping . We offer 6-month warranty for cartridges , 12-month for the rechargeable battery, and 12-month shelf-life for disposable vape pens . All the defectives will be replaced for free in new orders , in addition , we'll offer price discount for new orders . 

How about lead time ? 

Normally , 

1-2 working days for samples order. 

3-5 working days for neutral order . 

7-9 working days for OEM order

How about shipping ?

Normally , we ship by Air Express ( DHL , UPS, Fedex ) , Airplane , Sea .

About shipping time : Air Express 3-5 days . Door to Door delivery.

Airplane :  3-7 days ( parcels arrived at Airport of destination , delivery not included )

Sea : 10-30 days ,depending on the destination port . 

Mostly , the order will be shipped by Air Express .
