Q1. Are you manufacturer or trader?

A: We are manufacturer of wheel loaders, we have two factories, one in Qingzhou City, the other in Qingdao,. We design and produce wheel loaders by ourselves. 

Q2. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% against copy of B/L. 

Q3. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 20-25 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends  on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q4. Are you interested in dealership with local company?

A: No, we just do export business with overseas company, we do not sell machine to local trading company.

Q5. What is your warranty policy?

A: We can supply one year warranty or 1200 working hours for our machines. We will provide parts as free within warranty.

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
