Q: Can you offer sample freely?

A: Sample should be paid 100%, but sample fee can be refunded once coming order confrimed.

Q: Can we put our own logo on products or packaging?

A: Sure, Customer’s logo can be made by laser, engraved, printing etc.

Q: What is your Minimum order quantity?

A: 1PC is acceptable for quality test. but we may suggest buy at least 1 carton, it will be better

  for packing and to aviod damage when delivery.

Q: How long is the warranty?

A: All products are carry 12 months warranty, any quality problems occurred during this preiod

  new one will be replaced freely with your next order if you send photos or video to us.

Q: How about the lead time?

A: For samples, lead time is about 3 days.

    For Bulk order, lead time is within 7 days.

Q: What is the payment term?

A: Bank transfer( T/T), Paypal, Western Union and MoneyGram are acceptable.
