TAPIOCA PEARL DESCRIPTION
Tapioca pearls are gummy-made by tapioca starch. Tapioca pearls are the perfect “bubbles” for classical bubble tea drinks.
How to cook tapioca pearl?
Water to tapioca ratio is 6:1 (for example, use 6kg of water for 1kg of tapioca). Boil water in a large pot . Add the tapioca pearls to the boiling water. Stir the tapioca pearls and cover (don’t open the cover until it is fully cooked). Cook for 15-20minutes for different size. Turn off the heat and let the tapioca pearls sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse cooked pearls with purified water for about 2 minutes and drain. Cover with brown sugar or honey syrp and serve.
