This vertical shaft lime kiln design adopt the fully automatic mechanization vertical kiln to produce active lime, suitable for the lime production project with single kiln within the scale between 50-500t/d, and it can also combine multi kilns. The lime can be widely used in building, chemical, metallurgy and other industries. 8. Active lime firing rate above 90%
9. Limestone consumption 1.8t/t.lime
10. Smoke discharge guideline <50(mg/m3),the smoke sulfur discharge reach the standard.
