3. How can I get the sample?

We can provide you samples with 1 or 2 sets, and customer need to pay for the sample and shipping cost, we will refund samply charge when you make a order.

4. How long does it take to receive goods?

5 days for sample and about 45days for mass production after receiving deposit and all design confirmed.

5. Is it possible for mark the own brand on the products?

Yes, we can provide OEM and ODM services.

6. What are the payment terms?

30% T/T as deposit then the balance against the copy of B/L within 7 days.

8. How can you make sure we will receive the product with high quality?

In the processing flow, we have a series of detection machine to control the quality. Before loading, our QC will inspect each shipment and all raw material is according to foodstuff requirement.
