Product Description


The machine is designed, manufactured and checked according to GMP standard. It can automatically complete vacuum suction (or manual feeding), ultrasonic cleaning, spray washing, silicification, steam sterilization, vacuum drying and automatic discharging. It can also carry out CIP and SIP for the equipment itself.

The inner parts of the machine are made of 316L stainless steel. The outer shell is made of 304 stainless steel with high quality. The surface is polished to Ra < 0.4um and other mechanical polishing to Ra < 0.6um. Imported brands are selected for main accessories and electronic components. Special materials are used for pressure, high temperature ultrasonic and bearings, seals and gaskets.

This machine is a movable structure of the back cover. When the cleaning box needs to be cleaned, the back cover is pulled out to clean the inner wall of the cleaning box. It can also repair and maintain some internal parts. It is easy to operate, time-saving and labor-saving.

(1) Process parameters:
The process parameters of cleaning rubber plug can be set and stored according to the process requirements and output. The control panel shows the flow chart of touch screen corresponding to the place where the equipment is placed. The parameters of normal production can be set, so long as the operation items are selected.
(2) Feeding mode:
The feeding door is easy to open and close (unless the equipment is debugged and repaired, the feeding door is not allowed to open at the same time). Water is added before feeding. The rubber plug slides slowly from the feeding pipe to the cleaning cylinder, or it can be fed automatically in vacuum first.

(3) Cleaning methods:
The rubber plug is directly sprayed, rinsed, washed and drained in the cleaning cylinder. Purified water is used for spraying and rinsing, and water for injection is used for rinsing. The sewage is discharged with the discharge of the lower drain pipe and the overflow of the upper water level.
The sampling port of the rubber plug and the illumination observation hole are set at the feeding position on the same plane as the control panel. All process media enter the equipment from the top. The layout of pipes and valves is reasonable, and there is no residue in each medium. Purified water and injected water are connected separately, which can switch automatically according to production process. The valve contacting material and cleaning medium is Baode diaphragm valve. Steam inlet adopts sanitary angular seat valve with Y-type filter. Before the compressed air washes into the equipment, there are filtered air filters to prevent pollutants from entering the chamber. Others use pneumatic ball valves, which can be opened only when the pressure of all process media meets the set requirements, so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
The silicification temperature of rubber stopper is 70-80 C, and the sterilization temperature of rubber stopper cleaner is 121 C. Vacuum + 100-grade hot air circulation drying method is adopted for drying, PALL filter is used for fresh air suction filter, and the fresh air outlet is opened on 100-grade side. Vacuum pump adopts Nassim brand, heater adopts stainless steel electric heating tube, circulating air 100 class high efficiency uses Confel, can be online leak detection and DOP detection.
(4) Speed control:
Touch screen can control and display the speed of rubber stopper drum, and set the value, display the value and the actual speed between relatively accurate. The rotational speed of each process of cleaning, sterilization and drying can be adjusted and controlled separately.
(5) Sampling and verification
The utility model has a cleaning water, a rubber plug sampling port and a temperature verification port.
(6) Drying method:
Vacuum + 100-grade hot air circulation drying method is adopted for drying. After steam sterilization, vacuum drying is started. The rubber stopper in the cleaning box is uniformly heated in the slow rolling state, and at the same time, the rubber stopper can be quickly dried to remove the water. There is no contamination during drying.
(7) Cooling mode:
After stopper drying, in order to speed up the cooling speed of stopper, the stopper cleaning machine is equipped with water-cooled jacket.
(8) Discharge mode:
Automatic discharging of special spiral plate. The structure of the discharge port is unique, which is convenient for quick discharge and avoids the extrusion and friction between rubber plugs to produce particles. The vacuum pressure and temperature in the outlet and the equipment have interlocking function. After the operation is finished, the outlet door can be opened after atmospheric pressure to ensure the safety of operation. The discharge hopper is smooth and smooth, and will not scratch the rubber plug. The outlet of the cleaning machine has a safety interlocking device, and signals such as "close" and "open door" are indicated.
The aseptic discharge and transmission of rubber plug (can be matched separately according to the need), and the aseptic turnover and transmission of rubber plug can be realized by means of sterilization turnaround barrel and turnaround car.
The clean trolley with laminar flow hood is pushed to the outlet of the rubber plug cleaner, and the rubber plug is loaded into the stainless steel barrel through the glove box opening the outlet door. After the upper cover, the rubber plug is transferred to the filling area with the trolley.
(9) Equipment hardware:
The welding seam of the frame is smooth, without any defects such as undercut, slag and spatter, and its appearance is smooth and easy to clean.
(10) Box body:
The cleaning box has the control functions of heating, vacuum, automatic intake and exhaust, circulating water, etc. It meets the requirements of positive and negative pressure technology, has no dead angle and residue on the inner surface, reduces energy consumption by overall thermal insulation, and ensures uniform temperature. Pressure containers for cleaning boxes are required to be manufactured and supervised by "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessels". The cleaning box is a sealed, pressure-resistant and high temperature cylindrical structure with 316 materials. The design pressure is -0.1-0.2 MPa/heater tube 0.2 MPa. There are feeding holes, sampling holes, lighting and observation holes on the upper part, large overflow grooves on both sides, which can automatically discharge rinsing stolen goods. The box body is provided with water intake, air intake, vacuum pump interface and cleaning and flushing pipe connection, steam pipeline drying system and sanitary safety valve.

The stainless washing bucket is designed for flexible structure, cantilever support, and has a reliable mechanical seal structure of the drive shaft. Porosity >53% guarantees cleaning effect, filling rate is controlled to <40%, reducing friction and deformation caused by mutual friction and extrusion between sterilized materials; equipment is equipped with 4 online 360° cleaning nozzles (using imported Alfala) Cut the product), thoroughly clean the inner surface of the equipment. The special structure of the internal sprinkler system and gas surfing can directly spray the rubber plug and gas tumbling cleaning to achieve a good cleaning effect. The equipment is provided with two temperature measuring holes and one pressure measuring hole on the drum, which are distributed up and down to measure the temperature inside the box and control the highest point and the lowest point to ensure the uniformity of temperature;

The door opening angle is greater than 90 degrees, which is convenient to open and safe interlocking. All the inner and outer surfaces exposed to the clean area are made of stainless steel, and there is no rust and peeling.
