You should bear air ticket(come & return), hotel, accommodation fee etc.. If you want our engineer to do installation & training in your country, you should bear the air ticket(go & return), hotel, accommodation fee etc..

Technical assistance& After service: You can solve the simple problem according to our User's Manual(all medical equipments with User's Manual) & Service Manual(only a part of medical equipments with Service Manual). You can contact us by e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp or Wechat when you have problems or questions, we will give you correct inspection method, solution & technical support in 2 working days.
