Door Structure
Door leaf made of wood skeleton and infillings.
Solid Wood Skeleton: Fir wood strips.
Infillings: Honey comb paper / PU foam.
Honey comb paper will cost lower than the PU foam, also lighter than the other one.
PVC/WPC door skins
2mm WPC board with PVC film on the door skin surface.
More than 50 kinds of different color of PVC films.
Provide mold skin design and flat door skin.
Door frame and line
100% WPC board and 4 types optional, for Israel market,
