TRB-5KB  5kg Capacity Portable Welding Electrode Drying Oven


 


 


Description:


1. The TRB Series is a lightweight portable electrode drying oven that prevents electrodes from absorbing moisture that can negatively affect the welding job.


2. When stick electrodes absorb moisture from the air, they must be dried to restore their ability to deposit quality welds.


3. Electrodes with too much humidity may results in welds with cracking or porosity. Operational characteristics may be affected as well.


 


 


Details:


- Internal bladder and heating tube is made of stainless steel;


- Match with welding rod lifting salver and claw.


- Both power supplies can be used.With 220V. AV. DC60-110V two types of power wires. slaver and cleaner.


- 5 kg storage capacity for 18" (450mm) electrodes.


- The chamber material: galvanized plate, stainless steel material is optional.


- Heating wire wraps around the inner tube.


 


 


Functions:


Welding rod dryer is a tool to provide an order temperature and transport welding rod to welder before use .It can separates the welding rod from moisture air,and prevents air holes and crevices in the weld lines it is the necessary tool to pledge the welding in a high quality .
