2.Can you provide us competitive prices and good quality products?

Yes, all of our products have very competitive pricing with high quality. We have our strict evaluation criteria of quality in our own factory; COA will be shipped with your products shipment if you required.

3.Does OEM service available ?

Yes, OEM service is available, but NEWSTAR brand prices always better than OEM pricing.

4.Payment Term

We can accept irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, Paypal,etc.

5.Shipping :

If your order is small this time, Door to Door Service is the best choice via UPS,FEDEX,DHL,EMS,Etc. For big quantity orders, by air or by sea through forwarders is the Normal Way , we can provide cost-effective forwarder for your reference.

6.Sample:

1) For our new customers, you need to afford the sample fee and shipping cost, and the cost will be refund when formal order placed. Only for our regular customers, we can provide free sample

2) Sample delivery date is within 1-2days, if have stocks; New designing sample need about 3-7 days

7. Lead time:

The normal leading time is about 5-15days, depends on what kind of products you ordered and the quantity.
