A:Free samples for crystal and metal finish are available for you to check quality. We will send you photos during production,and chandelier is inspected by QC before delivery.

A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T (HSBC bank) and Paypal, Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.
5): Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A: For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time. For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.

9)How do you ship the goods and how long does is take to arrive?
A:We usually ship by DHL ,FedEX or TNT.It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
10)How about lamp packing and if in the delivery there are any damege how to replace?
A:All the lamp we using 5 layer strong carton and disassemble packing.If customer need assemble packing ,should let us know advance.If there in the delivery admage pls offer us pictor approved and we have after service department to cleal.
