Q: What is our factory product range?

 Q: How to order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by Email or Fax. or you can ask us to send you Performa Invoice for your order. For making an order, the following information are needed:
1) Product information: Quantity, Specification(capacity, lifting height, voltage, size, material, color and packing requirement).
 2) Delivery time required.
3) Shipping information:Company name, Address, Phone number, Port of Destination (By sea or by air)
4) Forwarder's contact details, if there is any in China.

 Q: How about sample policy?
A:  Sample policy 1 -- The buyer should offer the cost and freight.
Sample policy 2 -- The cost of samples and fright of  charge will be turned back to customer when placing the bulk purchase order.

 Q: What about the delivery time?
A: it depends on the quantity of order, and if there are other special needs on specification of products. Also, the season is on of the factors of influence. Normally, the products you ordered will be finished within 10-20 days, and we need 5-7 days more to order the ship, so it will take us around 15-30 days to deliver the finished products.
If the order urgently needed, we can start overtime production for you. 

 Q: If i want to place a mini order? 
A: Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is ONE Piece.

 Q: What is type of trading ?
A: The payment sent by West Union, D/P, D/A, T/T or L/C at sight are all accepted..

 Q: How about the payment term? 
A: T/T, L/C, Western Union and other payment forms.

 Q: How about your quality control before shipment?
A: We have a whole QC system, throughout the whole process of production and delivery.
All products will have been strictly quality checked and tested in test house before packing. All 
products will be well packed before shipping. Our customers are always can get the photos before delivery. And also the third party inspection is welcomed!
